This ticket is issued on behalf of the Organization (Tolminator d.o.o.) responsible for the event and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The event may be recorded live for use in the forum of sound recordings, television videotapes and other means of audio and audiovisual reproductions, now known to be invented. The purchaser of this ticket consents to participate in the said recordings and grants all necessary consents for the Performers Protection Act.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, statutory rights not affected. None of the promoters, performers, sponsors, venue or ticket outlets shall be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any property loss, destruction or theft which shall be entirely at the Holders own risk save where and to the extent that same arises from breach of contract (not due to an event of unforeseen circumstances) by, or the negligent act or omission of, such promoters, performers, sponsors, venue or ticket outlets.
Before attending an Event, guests must familiarize themselves with and comply with the latest rules and guidance issued by the Slovenian government regarding COVID19 or any other version of epidemic or pandemic.
By attending an Event, all guests are acknowledging their consent to, and agree to abide by, the safety precautions that have been adopted by that Venue, which may include (but shall not be limited to) wearing of face coverings, lateral flow tests and/or non-invasive COVID19 status certification checks. Safety measures are posted on our website and specific guest requirements will be set forth in the pre-visit email notifications. Failure to comply with any such precautions could result in guests being asked to leave the Venue. We further reserve the right to refuse entry to any person that refuses to comply with our safety protocols and a refund may not be provided.
The safety measures are intended to minimize the risk of contracting COVID19 but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. By purchasing a ticket for an Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID19 exists in any public place where people are present, and that you and those in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID19 and agree not to hold PRH d.o.o., Event Partners or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. Anyone attending an Event acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.
Tolminator d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse admittance to the ground or any part of the ground or to remove any person or persons from the ground for reasons of public safety, overcrowding or otherwise as the Organizers will have no liability for any damage or loss whether consequential or otherwise save that the Organization will refund to the owner of a valid ticket the face value of the ticket.
The Ticket Holder is responsible for taking care of the ticket after purchase. Sellers/agents are not responsible for damage or loss of ticket. Admission by full ticket only - no re admission unless by prior arrangement.BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM AUTHORIZED OUTLETS ONLY, THOSE SEEKING TO GAIN ADMISSION USING A COUNTERFEIT TICKET WILL BE PROSECUTED.
Event will take place Rain or Shine. Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes unless permitted by the Organizer. Tickets may not be resold for more than face value.

(Privacy Policy)
The seller is selling on his own behalf and for his own account.
The seller guarantees privacy. The privacy policy determines how your personal information is collected and used on the seller's website.
The online shop's policy is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Ur.l.RS no. 86/2004, 113/2005)
Buyer's rights
The buyer whose personal data is collected has the right to correction of inaccurate personal data, the right to complement incomplete personal data, the right to access personal data concerning him and the right to limit the processing in accordance with the General Regulation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679).
The buyer has the right of erasure (the so-called "Right to be forgotten"), which means the right to have the seller delete personal data relating to him without undue delay when one of the following reasons applies:- personal data are no longer required for the purpose defined in Article 25 of the General Conditions,
- the buyer withdraws the statement from Article 22 of the General Conditions,
- the buyer objects to the processing of personal data, the personal data have been processed illegally,
- personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation under the law of the European Union or the Personal Data Protection Act.
The buyer has the right to receive personal data concerning him which he has provided the seller with in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form and the right to pass that information to another controller (the so-called "Right to data portability").
In the event of a breach of protection of personal data, and when it is likely that the breach may pose a significant risk to the buyer's rights and freedoms, the seller will inform the buyer without undue delay about the breach of the protection of his personal data that has occurred.
Article 9 of the General Conditions, which defines the appeal procedure, applies to the procedure for exercising the rights of the buyer referred to in this Article.
(Collecting personal data)
Personal information is collected upon they buyer's registration in the seller's online store. If the buyer wishes to purchase tickets through the seller's website, he must become a registered user, with a username (email address) and password (user defined).
Personal information collected by the seller may include the buyer's first and last name, address, contact information, date of birth and gender. In the case of legal persons, the name of the company or the name of the organization with associated information (address, tax number, and responsible person), e-mail address and telephone number.
This site may also collect customer visit data, such as the name of their internet service provider and the IP address through which the customer accesses the internet; date and time of access to the website; the websites that he accesses while visiting this site and the internet address of the website directly from which the buyer came to the seller's site. This information is collected to improve and manage the website and analyze trends.
Use of personal data
Personal information collected through the seller's online store is used for management of the site and for carrying out the services or transactions that the buyer has requested or consented to.
The seller uses the buyer's personal information to:
- provide better and more efficient customer service,
- improve the performance of the online store and its services, follow development trends in Information technology,
- make the website more customer-friendly by implementing the latest web-based trading software,
- inform the buyer about important information about new products on sale and announcements from the organizers,
- calculate statistics about the website visit data for research purposes using the Google analytics tool.
If the buyer subscribes to the newsfeed when registering in the seller's online store, the seller uses technology that reports that the buyer has clicked the link provided in the email. The seller may combine this information with the buyer's personal information in order to provide him with more user-specific news or information. Each e-mail contains a link that allows the buyer to cancel receiving such e-mails.
(Protection of personal data)
The seller will not share personal information with third parties without the buyer's permission. The seller protects personal information. The seller uses a variety of technology and procedures to help protect the buyer’s personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Personal information provided by the buyer is stored on servers accessed only by an authorized person and is stored on secure premises. When a customer transmits sensitive information or information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, it is located on the bank's or processor's website for making a payment using the SSL (Security Socket Layer) encryption protocol.
Edit or delete personal data
You can edit or delete your personal data under "My Account" tab. To edit your personal data click to "Edit your personal data". To remove your personal data click to the "GDPR" and then click to the "Delete account" to request account deletion.
